Lilyan received a MSc in Imaging, Robotics and Medical Engineering from Strasbourg University in 2018. He then worked as an engineer at Zimmer Biomet Robotics (formerly Medtech) on robotics accuracy projects in Montpellier, France, until 2021. Lilyan is currently a PhD student supervised by Dr. Brahim Tamadazte and Pr. Raphäel Vialle to work on the improvement and automation of pedicle screws placement.
