Thibault brings more than 10 years of R&D experience in the Spine Industry. Prior to managing the R&D department of SpineGuard, Thibault has been through various R&D positions with increasing responsibilities, always in the field of Spine surgery. Thibault began his career as an R&D bio-engineer for DePuy Spine, a key spine manufacturer on the market and a member of Johnson & Johnson, the medical devices worldwide leader. He developed products such as facet screws and navigated instruments for disc prosthesis and evolved towards project management activities to lead key strategic projects for new generation of pedicle screws and powered instrumentation. He then joined SpineGuard in 2016 as an R&D Project manager where he played a major role in the development of innovative electro-medical devices. Thibault has a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design from the University Of Belfort-Montbeliard, France.
